Caroline Raihan
Caroline is dedicated to empowering leaders to drive impactful and sustainable change. With a wealth of experience working with senior leadership teams across more than 20 diverse organisations, she has guided them through complex transformational journeys. Her portfolio includes successful transformation programs for Higher Education institutions, Charities, Member Organisations, Local Governments, and the Commercial Sector.
Caroline's expertise spans a broad range of strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, estate rationalisation, the design and implementation of new target operating models, and programmes aimed at enhancing environmental sustainability.
In addition to her consultancy work, Caroline is a Fellow at Cranfield University School of Management, where she teaches Project and Change Management to undergraduates
